Water Transport Hose Assemblies
Cavmac offers a full range of engineered hose assemblies for the safe transport of water in a wide range of general industrial applications.
Hose assemblies are available with plain ends to allow for attachment of low pressure clamped in tails, with swaged fittings and with built in fittings for high pressure applications.
CavMac offers hose assemblies in hardwall type for suction and delivery or in softwall type for delivery only and ease of storage.
Hose assemblies up to 6” internal diameter are available in lengths up to 60m
Hoses with 8” internal diameter are available in lengths up to 40m
Hose assemblies from 10”to 20” internal diameter are available in lengths up to 12m
Hose assemblies from 20” to 36” are available in lengths up to 6m.
Potable Water Transport Hose Assemblies
CavMac produce a full range of hose assemblies for the safe transport of potable water in general water management applications and in the food industry.
The hoses are produced using tan colored FDA approved lining compounds which offer proven long life without degradation and resultant cost benefits.

Furnace Cooling Hose Assemblies
CavMac offer a range of hose assemblies for industrial cooling applications such as smelting furnaces at steel works, glass works and foundries.
The hose assemblies are produced using a temperature resistant EPDM compound in the lining and a woven glass fiber outer covering for heat and flame resistance. The outer cover is capable of withstanding steel splashing and temporary radiation temperatures of up to 500 degrees Celsius.

Pump Compensator Hose Assemblies
CavMac offers a range of compensator hose assemblies which are designed for use in pumping installations to compensate for misalignment or to reduce system vibration.
The compensators can also be used between lengths of steel pipeline to introduce flexibility into a piping system.
CavMac compensator hoses are manufactured with built in type fittings with conventional weld on flanges for operation at pressures up to 20 bar.
Standard compensator hose assemblies are 1m long and are available in sizes from 4” to 10” internal diameter with a full range of flange configurations.
